IBM Design Thinking
Case: Inaccessible Healthcare Services in Germany

Following an expertise module at the university, a Design Thinking sprint was offered under the professorship of Katharina Kirch, Product Owner at IBM Berlin.

Out of many topics on offer for the Design Sprint, I choose to work on the problem of Inaccessible healthcare services in Germany by migrants and expats. My role in the team was to research the problem and underlying issues to come up with a project need statement that we focused to meet while solving the problem.
